i agree with you completely. you don't like the job, leave. now, your comment about your job, although true in the spirit of the argument, isn't a good comparison. yes, you are doing what you love and yes, you are putting in long hours as well, but you can't just walk away from what you are doing. and getting shot at is a little different than making a cool game. and i know that's exactly what your argument here is. not saying i disagree, just saying an inappropriate comparison.
my main point about this is that big business is getting away with this. or it hasn't been brought to the attention of a higher authority like the better business bureau or someone that could do something about their practices.
